We are working with representatives from many local businesses, the local authority, emergency services, health care professionals, charities and volunteers to raise awareness and increase the range of services for people living with dementia and their carers. We engage and consult with people living with dementia as well as their carers, ensuring their voices guide our work and that loneliness and isolation are reduced.
